Mr. Galt is the Executive Chairman and Founder of GreenHouse Holdings, a publicly traded government contracting and sustainable solutions provider he founded in 2007. Mr. Galt has owned, operated or consulted in the private contracting world for approximately 15 years first as an independent for various government agencies and then through his company Galt Corporation that he founded in 2003. Through Galt Corp he was responsible for the energy efficiency or sustainable solutions retrofit of over 5000 homes in the Southern California region. As a real estate investor he invested in over 100 projects nation wide.
Mr. Galt has worked with the Department of Defense, United Nations and numerous other international agencies on multiple projects and has extensive relationships with Heads of State and military leaders both domestically and abroad, including being on the Board of Directors for the Naval Special Warfare Family Foundation. John is a certified Green Building Professional through the Build It Green organization, a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and is also an approved contractor with the Electric and Gas Industries Association. In all levels of his businesses, Mr. Galt creates the most sustainable environment and infrastructure for his clients. He is also a devoted family man; he and his wife Claudine are proud parents to their 4-year-old boy J.R. Galt.
Russ Earnshaw is responsible for overseeing operations at GreenHouse, which he co-founded with John Galt. He has successfully started and financed several firms throughout his career, and served as president of R Squared Contracting & Construction Management and Real Estate Development.
A licensed general contractor, Russ’s experience includes developing planned residential communities and commercial developments as well as working in the custom home field. He has a bachelor of science degree from Colorado State University.
After a successful 13-year career in the US Army, Billy C. Jones built a 22-year legacy with national telecommunications provider, Sprint and its subsidiaries. Jones served as Director of National Accounts and was the recipient of several industry accolades, including the prestigious “Million Dollar Sales” award. In addition, Mr. Jones managed and ran a satellite network for NATO in the former Yugoslavia for fire control services . Following his career in the telecommunications industry, Jones founded Life Protection, Inc. (LPI) in 2006. Jones built the company into an established and trusted government contractor that provides the U. S. Government, Military and law enforcement innovative training programs, and support services as well as the design and construction of facilities. Since the company was acquired by GreenHouse Holdings, Jones is responsible for the management of LPI and implementing the synergies of the combined company to help government agencies meet their green procurement goals.
Mr. Davis is regarded as a creative energy solutions professional, delivering services ranging from electric distribution, design and construction, power quality and demand-side management solutions. He has been the first responder to numerous storm or accident related power delivery system emergencies, and participated in the rebuild efforts of global scale events including the Whittier Narrows earthquake and Hurricane Iniki. He is also a recognized leader in the development and deployment of utility infrastructure systems as well as Automated Demand Response (Auto-DR) and power quality solutions. Mr. Davis has three decades of industry experience working for companies including Southern California Edison, Enron Facility Services and General Electric.
Mr. Davis is a member of The Association of Energy Engineers, Licensed General Contractor and holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Business Administration and Environmental Management respectively.
An internationally recognized expert in Terrorism & National Security, with 30-year’s of experience in Special Forces, Special Mission Units, and the Central Intelligence Agency. He has extensive experience in Crisis, and Consequence Management. His leadership provides the Greenhouse Holdings with invaluable global “on-the-ground” experience.
Robinson’s global expertise led to six years of combat reporting as the Senior Terrorism and National Security Analyst for CNN. He is also the Executive Producer for virtual and reality-based interactive software solutions for the Military Intelligence community. He is a 2004 inductee of National Military Intelligence Hall of Fame.
Justin Farry is the CFO of GreenHouse. Prior to this appointment, Justin was the Director of Project Business Services at Brinderson L.P., a large EPCM company serving the Energy sector, and before that was a Regional Financial Controller for Bureau Veritas North America, Inc., a large QHSE company. Justin is a CPA (Inactive), licensed by the California State Board of Accountancy, and a CA(SA), licensed by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg, and an Hons BCompt degree from the University of South Africa.
Mr. Ursitti is currently CIO of GreenHouse Holdings, Inc., a San Diego, California-based global energy solutions and ethanol fuel provider. He also is managing partner of the Los Angeles Center Studios, and was instrumental in revitalizing downtown L.A.’s Westside by using green-building standards to repurpose the UNOCAL building into a multi-million dollar, multi-use facility. Mr. Ursitti also has executive experience at Hollywood Location Co., where he developed multi-million dollar homes for celebrities and other high-net worth clients as a high-end, residential real estate developer. He is particularly skilled at leveraging business opportunities, and developing alliances and partnerships.
Mr. Ursitti seeks out business development opportunities by creating strategies, which in turn has earned him a reputation as a visionary and an executive who generates substantial ROI for investors. For example, he was instrumental in bringing the E-Fuel MicroFuelerTM to GreenHouse Holdings, Inc.
Mr. Ursitti serves on the board of directors of Opportunity Green and the Calvary Christian School Foundation. He is a graduate of Westminster College, from which he’s been nominated to receive a Lifetime Alumni Achievement Award.
